Citôtel is not just about quality but has gone further with the development of its Environmental Charter.
Its objective is to encourage and assist the commitment of everyone who subscribes to its environmental approach.
The Charter's actions are split into 5 main areas:
- Information and awareness,
- noise, - energy,
- water, - waste.
The actions can relate to how the hotel is managed, how employees act or also what guests do (e.g.: by offering them the option of not having household linen changed every day).
